Résumé

La transformation organisationnelle est un thème fortement relié aux systèmes d’information. L’auteur propose une mise en lumière du phénomène de la transformation. L’article met en évidence la coopération dans un réseau social universitaire. Les résultats montrent l’existence d’interactions entre la capacité structurante de la technologie, les pratiques et les logiques d’action collective. La transformation de la coopération ne peut être soumise et demande une intentionnalité de l’acteur.

Abstract

Organizational transformation is a topic related to the specialty of information systems. This article seeks to highlight the phenomenon of transformation. It emphasizes cooperation within a social network in a university context. We show the interactions between the structuring capability of the technology, the practices and collective action logics. We report that the transformation process of cooperation in social networks requires a wilfulness of the actors and cannot be subjected.
