Résumé

Cet article analyse la contribution des partenariats entreprises-associations pour amorcer une démarche de responsabilité sociale d’entreprise. Les auteurs montrent notamment comment le fonctionnement des partenariats constitue une modularisation de leur complexité intrinsèque, ainsi que de celle de la RSE. Cette approche permet d’identifier de bonnes pratiques, dans le but de concrétiser une telle démarche au niveau organisationnel et de nourrir le projet RSE au niveau global.

Abstract

This article analyses the contribution of company-association partnerships to initiate Corporate Social Responsibility. In particular, we will show how the functioning of partnerships constitutes a modularity approach of their intrinsic complexity, as well as that of CSR. This approach makes it possible to identify good practices, which makes it possible to implement such an approach at the organisational level and to feed the CSR project at the global level.
